 Order Processing

• Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days (excludes weekends & UK holidays).
• If an item is out of stock, we’ll email you promptly with options to substitute or refund.

Shipping cut-offs 12pm GMT support both timely dispatch and realistic operations.

• Delivery estimates exclude weekends and bank holidays.

International Shipping

We deliver globally with transparent costs and reliable partners:

• Europe: typically £9.99, delivery in 5–9 business days
• Rest of the world: typically £12.99, delivery in 7–15 business days

Important: International orders may incur customs duties, VAT, or import taxes upon arrival, these are the customer’s responsibility. We send shipments DAP (Delivered At Place).

Tracking & Notifications

• You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.
• If you haven't received tracking info within 48 hours, just let us know at info@ervaia.com and we'll assist

Delivery Delays, Damage or Loss

• If your delivery is delayed, damaged, or lost, please notify us immediately.
• We’ll help file the claim or arrange a replacement.
• We cannot accept responsibility for delays due to customs clearance, incorrect delivery information, or external courier issues.
