However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our team so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

To request this, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@ervaia.com with:
  • Your order number, and
  • Clear photos showing the damage or defect.
Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Change of Mind Returns

We also accept returns for unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery.

Before sending anything back, please email us first at info@ervaia.com so we can confirm your return and provide the correct shipping details.

All returned products must be:

  • In their original, sealed packaging
  • Resalable condition

Shipping Return

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we can’t be held responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
