Q: What ingredients do you use?

A: We use only natural and premium-grade ingredients, including 100% Organic argan oil, rhassoul clay, and other botanical extracts sourced from Morocco.

All ingredients are clearly listed on each product page for full transparency.

Q: Can I use Ervaïa products if I have sensitive skin?
A: Yes. However, before using the product, we recommend carrying out a patch test on a small area of skin 24 hours prior to full application. Discontinue use if any irritation occurs.

Upon receiving your product, please read the label and instructions carefully before use for important safety and caution information.

Q: How long will my product last after opening?
A: Each product has a PAO (Period After Opening) symbol on the packaging, which shows how many months the product remains fresh after opening.

Q: Are your products cruelty-free?
A: Absolutely. Ervaïa is proudly cruelty-free, our products are never tested on animals, and we uphold ethical and sustainable sourcing practices.

Orders & Payments

Q: When will my card be charged?
A: Your payment is processed securely at the time of purchase. All transactions are encrypted to protect your personal data.

Q: Do you offer gift cards?
A: Yes! You can purchase digital gift cards directly from our website, perfect for gifting an authentic Moroccan beauty ritual.
We also offer ready-made gift boxes, available under our “Gifts & Sets” section, each carefully curated for different needs and occasions.

Q: Can I use more than one discount code?
A: Only one promotional code can be applied per order.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship all over the world. Delivery times and costs vary, so please see our Shipping Info page for details.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can also find it under "My Orders" when logged in.

Q: My order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, what should I do?
A: We’re so sorry to hear that! Please email us within 7 days of delivery at info@ervaia.com with your order number and clear photos showing the issue. Once we review your request, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund and provide the necessary return instructions.

Q: Can I return an item if I change my mind?
A: Yes , we accept returns for unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery.
Please make sure to contact us first at info@ervaia.com before sending anything back, so we can confirm your return and provide the correct return address.

All returned products must be in their original, sealed packaging and in resalable condition.

Q: I entered the wrong address, can you change it?
A: Maybe! Email us at info@ervaia.com as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update it. Once shipped, we’ll help you arrange redelivery or a return.

Duties, Taxes & Customs

Q: Are taxes included in my order total?
A: Yes, all UK orders include taxes.

Q: Will I have to pay any extra fees for international orders?
A: International customers may be charged import duties and local taxes once the parcel reaches their country. These fees are set by your local customs authority and vary depending on the destination.

Q: Can Ervaïa cover these import costs?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot cover customs or local taxes for international orders. These are paid by the customer directly to the courier or customs office at delivery.

Q: How can I estimate possible import fees?
A: You can check with your country’s customs website or contact your local postal service for guidance on import thresholds before ordering.
